Went to the bathroom first and I honestly couldn?t even use the toilet because of the poor maintenance and how dirty everything... was. Staff was very rude and not just to me, but to every other customer that was there. The woman in the front even snatched areceipt from a customer after me. There was no ice available which sucked because the drinks were warm and flat. Waited a longtime, and they were fully staffed. There?s no excuse to treat people so poorly. I said thank you after getting my food got noresponse I said thank you again and got no response, a ?you?re welcome? would have been nice. Management should take notice. Read more
I don't eat at BK much anymore. But i was super early for a doc apt and hadn't eaten all day. So, we stopped. Asked for my 2... chicken sandwiches Fresh, they told me how long it would be, which i appreciated. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. My boyfriend and I both ordered a rodeo burger , which both had 1 tiny onion ring on it and... a tiny amount of bbq sauce. We also ordered 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches which both came out not spicy and with no tomato.I asked at the window if I could switch out my sprite for a coke , the worker said no problem and then hands me the cup ofsprite. $30 wasted.
