There are only 3 to 4 viewing spots for the $12 tour. A lot of standing in one spot and receiving tons of information before... moving to the next one. Unlimited tasting of 4 kinds of different coffees. Unfortunately, no creamer, only sugar available. Handcrafted coffee (latte etc) available separately in the cafe. Not sure if you can access the cafe without signing up for any ofthe “mandatory” tour. View from the top is good but not scenic good. Store roasted coffee available at a pretty steep price. We did a roasting experience with Faith and then had a tour guided by Cooper. Both were great. I love that everyone was so... knowledgeable but still showed their own personalities. My group had a range of interest in coffee, but everyone enjoyed howmuch we learned. I feel like this experience is a must if you're visiting the island! Read more

Amazing coffee and knowledgeable staff. Cooper was a wonderful guide. He really knew how to engage the participants and was... super friendly! He was also super considerate about my allergies and offered some alternative chocolate samples that weredelicious. The farm is up in the hills a little so it has a gorgeous view. It was a great way to wake up in the morning. A verygood stop if you love coffee and want to learn more about the farming process. The basic farm tour is inexpensive and they alsooffer other activities for folks to learn about roasting beans and making the perfect cup of coffee. Great stop, especially ifyou like cats. They are everywhere. Read more

This was a wonderful tour and an all around excellent experience. Alex was a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide and... answered every one of our group's questions. We even got some great restaurant recommendations after the tour! The atmosphere atHeavenly is so relaxing and the people who operate the farm are extremely pleasant. In addition, the views from the lanai aresome of the best you can enjoy while relaxing poolside under the shade sipping their delicious coffees. You also get to samplechocolate covered mac nuts and peaberry bites before the tour. This was my second time coming here and it was just as memorableand enjoyable as the first time. My family loved it too. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking to learn more aboutKona coffee. Thank you Heavenly Hawaiian! Read more
