They make you wait and wait for your order. This is the third time they have made us wait and said they were "waiting on fries."... While waiting, car after car pulled out with people eating fries. And we sat there. Then! The food, including the fries, waschild when they brought it out. I will never go back to the McDonald's again. I advise you to avoid it, too. Read more

Smoothie/Icecream machine is always down. Tonight I was told to pull forward because they were waited on fries. Took 15 minutes... to get a bag with 2 cold cheesburgers and 2 cold large fries. Was missing my 4 piece nugget. Drive through person hit on me as Iwas pulling forward. I didn?t care to go inside and wait longer for cold food and to be violated. Absolutely worst McDonald?s ever. If you?re in the mood for a burger. Just go ahead and drive to Jeff city. Sit down at... Applebees. Maybe grab a drink and and appetizer. Look over the menu for 20 minutes order a burger. Stop for ice cream on the wayhome and you?ll still probably get home before you get a McDouble from this place. Read more

Stood at the counter forever waiting for someone to take our order. No one came. No one acknowledged our existence in the store.... I happened to look over and see kiosks where you can order your own food. I don?t like using these kiosks. I?m not a paidemployee of McDonald?s kiosks are supposed to be optional not mandatory. So order our food on this stupid kiosk. It asks foryou to get a table card number. There are non available on the kiosk to use. I just picked a random table number. They calledfood at counter. Didn?t give us cups. Didn?t give us ketchup. Had to go back and ask. Didn?t give us enough ketchup. Had to goback and get more. Terrible experience. They just wait you out and ignore you so you have to use a kiosk. Read more

People are quick to leave negative reviews but not comment on positive experiences. First our order was correct, food was hot... and the workers were very pleasant. Over we had a great experience! Read more

They need a pick-up shelf inside for online orders. I shouldn't have to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes just for a drink I... ordered half an hour ago. They need more mobile order parking spaces as well, they were entirely filled during lunch time. Read more

This is by far the worst customer service I have received at this location.. i asked to speak to the Manger Jodie and when she... asked what was wrong with this as you can see it literally looks like they threw it together blindfolded she huffed in my faceand then when I asked her name they first refused demanded to know why. I will never come to this location agian. Read more
