Everytime i have ordered wings or anything else that would use sauce. I never get it. I always order extra sauce which is EXTRA... MONEY. Of course I almost always forget to check before I leave. Then I ordered a SUPREME pizza but I don't like their beef andsausage pellets so i added chicken and ham instead. I got a chicken and ham pizza. No onions, peppers, mushrooms or anythingthat makes it a Supreme. Not thrilled with this Casey's. Read more
The employees that work in the pizza part are brain dead, clueless and have NO IDEA what they are doing.
Most of the staff is super friendly and nice. I haven't met a RUDE staff, just emotionless. But the majority are great. The food... is always good. I've never had an issue with any of their food. Always quick, hot, (or cold from the refrigerator section!), andI've never had out of date items or extra squishy fruit. Read more
It took three years to get me back as a customer, after you lost me the last time. And only two trips to lose me again. I... don't understand where this level of incompetence comes from... I can only assume the management is to blame? How can you be"out" an ingredient? There is a major grocery store right up the road from you. Or perhaps the staff doesnt possess problemsolving skills? Also, if you don't sell chicken wings anymore, how about informing your customer, during the phone in order,that you no longer carry them. Instead of letting a customer order BONE IN TRADITIONAL WINGS, then get home and find chickennuggets!?!?! I'm done!!!! Pizza Hut will will get my business from now on. Read more
Charging for air, free air pump was always a nice Casey's perk. No more, guess this is more progress. Pump and Pay, gone,... Local Check, gone, free air, gone. Just another chain station now, was a standout, been going to it exclusively since 1990's. Sad. Read more
Ordered 4 pizzas online on a Sat evening for later pickup and when I went in to pick them up it was clear that the kitchen was... swamped. The employees in the store were clearly hustling to crank out pizzas but even while I was standing there their printerkept spitting out online orders. Amidst the chaos the employees were working so hard in a tense situation with a handful ofcustomers standing around. Special shout out to the gal with the blue hair who appeared to be the team lead in the kitchen. Shewas everywhere coaching her coworkers, boxing pizzas, and managing expectations for the customers waiting for their food. 5stars for the team working that night. Maybe Casey's could help them out by changing the ordering system to limit it from havingmore pizzas ordered then can reasonably be cooked in their kitchen. Read more
Nice location between two other service stations, good food, especially the pizza. Pumps are easy to get in and out of, and... Casey's is still one of the few places that has free air. I always go in and buy something to say thanks for providing this forcustomers. Read more
Whoever is making the pizza here now (December 2022) is making them perfectly. I used to get so much cheese it would fall off... the crust but now it?s perfect. Ordered twice this week because it was so good. Read more
