Beautiful restaurant, conveniently located in the lobby of the Waterline villas 5 star resort. Unique decor, full bar and great... customer service. We enjoyed every bite of the appetizers, fresh bread and butter, salads and the main dishes. Perfect potions,great presentation and very tasty. Brought my girlfriend here for a date and it was just amazing. I would describe the interior decor as a mixture between... farmhouse chic and french countryside. The staff is all super friendly and our server Kevin was great; very knowledgeable aboutthe food and super friendly. Also I loved that he was honest and helpful about his opinions on his personal favorites. For ourappetizers, we got the lamb lollipops and the baked brie. The lamb lollipops are fantastic and I loved that it wasn?t seasonedwith any mint which, can be overwhelming with the flavor of lamb and tends to be a popular combo. Also the baked brie isfantastic and the pastry style adds a new dimension to the popular cheese. For the entree I got the lamb shank special. Theportion was great and genuinely the best lamb I?ve had in a long time. My girlfriend got the cod stuffed with crab which was asubstitution for the snapper today. Lovely atmosphere, delicious gourmet food, and impeccable service from Sarah tonight at The Chateau. If you haven?t been here... yet, do not wait any longer! We had nice meals at Blue Marlin and the Sandbar on this trip to AMI and then we had a fine diningstandout meal at the Chateau at the Waterline Marina Hotel.
