Ice cream was good but felt terrible for the girl waiting on us. She just stood there until I asked very politely for a single... waffle cone. She never smiled and did not speak. I just felt sorry for someone so sad about their job. Read more
Stopped by Saturday night. Both ladies looked like they had been working hard all day! However, both were extremely friendly and... gave my family and I large scoops! Says they close at 9 by 820 the staff had already cleared the product out of the freezer and said they were closed. Even though... it clearly states they close at 9...There's anothor place in the same shopping center.. Go there you won't be disappointed.. Thegeneral manager needs to be terminated for allowing this type of behavior. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. My family went there while on vacation a year ago and experienced terrible service, but thought... we'd give another try again this summer. And for the second time, horrible service - so no more chances from us. After waitingforever to get any kind of service, we walked out and went just a few shops down in the same plaza to get ice cream from anotherplace - with absolutely no wait and friendly service. Sadly we have to give at least one star on reviews or I would have given this location zero stars. The close time of this... location states it closes at 9. Our arrival was at 8:30. We were aware we were close to closing time, but figured we could grabour food quickly and leave in time for their closing. My husband was wanting some ice cream and I was wanting a donut, so wedecided to opt for the combination of the restaurant and by pass all of the other delicious local ice cream shops. Untiltonight, we have had nothing but great service and have met the nicest people while visiting the beautiful island for the firsttime. As we approached the door (before we could open the door our self), we were rudely greeted by a girl who was on her phone.After opening the door before we could make it into the restaurant, she asks in a very rude manor "What do you need?". Inresponse, we said " We were going to buy something to eat". She interrupts us quickly, before finishing our sentence, and says"we don't have any donuts". So as we respond with "okay", she proceeds to shut and lock the door, as if they were already"closed" and we were inconveniencing the workers. I have never experienced such horrible service or response to giving my moneyand business to a place. I will not come back to this location. To any future visitors of AMI, I would recommend any of theother local ice cream shops as they were all excellent and had great service! In addition, the Donut Experiment has amazingdonuts and is very close to this location. Do not opt out and make the mistake my husband and I did on our last night in AMI. Read more
Bad service. The lady at the register was not interested in helping us. She kept screaming to the back "can I get some help... please?" and put her head down on the counter in front of us. I was going to ask for a bagel until she lifted her shirt andwiped her hands on her undershirt. No thanks. Not making food for me. Still took 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Read more
The Dunkin Donuts part of the shop is fabulous. However several doors to the South is a much better less expensive homemade ice... cream place. Skip Baskin Robbins and go to holy cow Read more
