Don?t go here they will say they delivered food when they don?t. Then argue about getting a refund. Customer service is just... endless reporting. Location is garbage management is garbage. Worst location I?ve been to. Never experienced a bad one at wing stop. Food is always fire. But this location, the food don?t... taste the same. I drive 10 minutes farther to go to another location than driving up the street to this one. Thank me later.Don?t come here. Read more
Worst staff, service and place. Place an order for which they gave to someone else. Staff and manager Did not apologize and had... to wait over an hour to get our food. They were like oh well you have to wait. On another occasion my elderly mom wanted to usethe restroom and they gave her a hard time. Because she did not place the order but she was with me who placed the order. Allthe customers were saying let her use the bathroom. Will never do back. Read more
This location advertises that they are open til 11:30, on Sundays. The manager need to check and see what time they stop to... take orders, or even cook. At least advertise the hours correctly. I asked the young man coming out with the garbage, what timethey close? He said now, because they already had shut down the stoves, and they were cleaning up, as I could see, in the window. Read more
These wings are the absolute nastiest order of wings from any Wingstop location I?ve ever eaten at. I requested them extra well... done and they were raw. They smelled like poultry that had gone bad. The wet/sauced up wings were dry and the dry-rub wings werewet, and some of them were totally bare while others had clumps of seasoning. The entire order was inedible. I couldn?t eat anyof it. I placed an online order to pick it up under my name. Once I arrived at the store I was told that someone else picked up the... order and paid for it, which was under my name. So they don?t ask people who they are picking up for? Anyways, I was not offereda drink or maybe a complementary side or anything. Just simply a ?hey I?m sorry?. I was also ID?d to pay with a card, which tome seems unnecessary when I?ve already given you my name for the order. Had to wait an additional 25 minutes at the store todayto receive some mediocre wings. I would recommend another location maybe. Read more
Asked for extra wet wings , they were dry. Asked for extra seasoning on my fries , there was none at all. Ordered via phone, my... food was ready when I got there BUT I still waited 7 mins for them to give it to me after asking for my name twice and thensaying ?your order is ready it?s right here? pointing to the food shelf. So obviously my food was cold once revived. The foodand service is normally excellent when the lady who states she is the owner is there, otherwise it?s horrible ! Read more
Honestly, I didn't use to like Wingstop. But this location has me here almost every week. I order online and can pick up quickly... in the store. The workers are respectful and dedicated. I appreciate the professionalism and the cleanliness here. Grateful tohave a convenient location. Read more
