Went to grab food tonight for dinner from this location and service was sub par and so was the food unfortunately. They looked... annoyed at me being there, and we're quick to lean over and attempt putting the bags through the window. Never got a receipt orthe sauce I needed, so I had to sit there waiting for someone. I sat an extra several minutes after getting my food waiting forsomebody to notice me after honking twice, screaming hello, and knocking on the window while a woman stood nearly three feetaway back turned to me leaning against the counter on her phone. A kid came over to assist and he also looked like he dreadedthe interaction and gave attitude much like the others, so when I got my stuff I just drove off. Read more
The service is slow, incompetent and worse than ever. While the prices are increasing the service level has decreased and the... quality of food is questionable. Its not even fast so why not get real food somewhere else. Read more
The burger was good. The baconator fries were ok. Never a wait for the drive thru.
Got the cravings for fries at 11pm. There was no line and I was waiting at the window for 5 mins. I thought I would be getting... fresh, crispy, hot fries. I was thoroughly disappointed when they were cold, soggy, and seemed like they were fried 30 mins ago. Read more
Very professional staff. Food was ready in a good amount of time. The staff show how experience she is and took time to make... sure my food was hot. I do appreciate that it was not rushed out to me cold or barely warmed. It only took 3 minutes to get myorder. That is amazing service. Read more
Worst Wendy?s ever. This is the second time I?ve been here and it was terrible. The first experience the lady that took my order... was rude as hell! The second experience, my order was very messed up. Total opposite of what I ordered but yet charged me forsomething completely different. When this was brought to their attention they laughed about it and were being extremelyinappropriate about it.They made me park and told me they would bring the food out to me and 15 minutes later I still didn?thave my food. They were better off refunding me and having me and my daughter go about our day. Wendy?s needs to do a betterjob with their hiring process and needs to have a manager around at all times. We used drive-thru on a Friday evening around 7pm. There wasn't much of a line. (3 cars ahead of us) but there was a... considerable delay after we ordered. But not enough to cause a problem. May be 7 min. Our order was a little wrong. Wrongsandwich and missing condiments for chicken nuggets. The staff was friendly but they need to be more detailed in their fooddelivery.
