Ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit combo meal. Wasn?t told the price at drive though, wasn?t asked what drink I wanted.... She just instructed me to drive forward. I got to the second window and she held out her hand for my card, again, not telling memy total. She took my card and shut the window. I could hear the woman who took my card and another person having a loudconversation on the other side. Eventually someone different gives me my card and I ask about a drink. She said ?you ordered aspecial?. I told her ?I did not, I ordered the combo meal. Doesn?t it come with a drink and breakfast potatoes?? She responded?You didn?t order that?. Again, I told her I did. She offered to let me buy a drink. At this point my patience was thin and Iwas running late for work. The woman who took my order comes back to the window and says ?You didn?t order a combo. Just thespecial?. I told her that was wrong. How can you be so sure what I ordered when you didn?t read it back to me or tell me mytotal?!? I got to my job and they got my sandwich wrong. The was a very rude woman who worked there who barged into the restroom while I was changing and asked why I didn?t make my... presence known even though you can clearly see my feet through the stall. She basically slammed down the door and then stormedout. I ordered in drive through a 4 for $4 cheese burger, and wow that was disgusting, I?m sorry but it was, the lady who took the... order just rushing me that?s 1 I understand it?s a fast food but damn wait, and at the window, the manager was not in uniformshad some gold chains around his neck, not professional at all, the cheese burger was very nasty, and the ranch sauce I asked forwas already opened as you can see it in the picture, yall need inspection in that place it?s wrong. Fries were cold but the burger was fresh. Gave them a 1 because ain't no soap in either bathroom. Yeah I tried to get soap from... the men and women's bathroom to wash my hands. No soap in either. How in the hell ate they washing there hands after they usethe bathroom. Read more

The staff clearly doesn't want to work. The girl at the drive through was not posting attention to my order. How do you mess... up 2 salads and a Bacon Pretzel Burger? Then the girl at the next window gave me loaded fries.. The doors were locked so Icouldn't go in to get my order corrected. Service sucks Read more

I see why it's a 3.5 star restaurant. Should be a 5 for the area it's in... The staff doesn't bother having the best fries the... best service. You'll get old food all day. Even after 40 minute break from reciveing delivery arriving to the location theydon't bother using that time to produce good food and service afterwards. The girl working the cashier is efficient though. Read more

Chicken Asiago sandwich tasted old so did fries. Both sanitizer machines empty and they didn't care when I asked them to fill... them! Tables and floors dirty and it's 6:49pm on December 20th 2021. And it wasn't busy inside or through the drive thru. Read more

I would like a response from the regional manager of the Wendy's at 5551 Sheridan st. Hollywood fl. In reference to the... service. The woman in the drive through said their managers name was Rihanna or Brianna. There was a very long line at yourrestaurant. Unfortunately we were all waiting before the call box. Because your associates decided that they would take theorder of one car, wait for them to drive to the window, take their money and give them their food, before taking another order.This meant I sat in line before the call box for about 10 minutes. Then about three minutes at the call box (where I asked whatwas going on and pointed out each car was sitting for 3 to 4 minutes and was told "we are taking on at a time", before they tookmy order. Then when I drove all the way up to the window, because there was nobody else in line in front of me, I questioned themanager about this. She said "we were clocking out an employee". I told her this is a common occurrence here. She just replied"we are taking one car at a time" At this point she asked me to pull up so she could get me fresh fries. I looked behind me andreplied "there is no one behind me" (that is because they were all still waiting for their orders to be taken). She huffed andwalked away. No to add insult to this store. She handed me my 2 drinks one at a time. Then she handed me my 2 Med. Frostys, oneat a time. I pointed out to her I don't have that many drink holders in my car. Only then did she go get one of your holders forme. I discovered after I drove away she gave me no receipt. (I really want the store number from it). When I got home Idiscovered that the fries were limp and half cooked. Guess she was mad I did not pull up and pulled them early. There was 1/2slice of tomato on my cheeseburger and only one slice of cheese on each burger I ordered. (Both #1 meals).
