I tried to order 2 simple means and they told me they couldn?t give it to me cause they were under staffed. I then ordered a... burrito and I asked to put no rice, and they told me they couldn?t take the rice out when that?s how it came, and they alwaystake the rice out. The customer service at this Location was horrible. They do not know how to talk to their customers. Also, I asked for a bean... crunch wrap, and was given a crunch wrap with nothing, just vegetables. We asked for a mexican pizza with beans. But it camewith beef. Read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell in the US. I ordered a steak quesadilla it hardly had any steaks. I ordered three crunchy tacos... there was hardly any beef and it was only a taco lettuce pretty much. I don?t think I?ll be coming back to this Taco Bell everagain. I don?t know what management is up to if they?re just trying to be cheap and cutting out the beef and steaks to make afew bucks. But in the long run it?s not gonna work because they?re going to lose a lot of customers. My son and I were very surprised with the attention level we were treated with at this Taco Bell. The staff helped us out with... one item we couldn?t find int the self help touch screen ordering system. She even brought the food to our table when it wasdone. Read more
I stopped coming to this location like 3 years ago, today my niece asked me to take her for a late dinner. There was a big line... on the Drive Thru because the inside dining room was closed. We ordered different items from the menu as you can read on theattached receipt, while trying to check that everything was on the bag the cashier Joshua was trying to hurry us up even makingcomments and exclamations like ? Oh my God?, we left without checking everything and in fact we were missing one of the items,came back to claim it and encountered the whole team with an attitude, making me feel that I was inconveniencing them becausethe item was only the Cinnamon Twist and it was the one of lesser value. We got home and when we open the food it was the worstwe have ever seen, you can tell by looking at the picture I took of the taco, the saddest, sorriest Taco I have ever bought. The manager on duty (November 30, 2022)in the afternoon shift personally helped my wife and I to order on the automated machine,... as we experienced issues, and she also checked us out with our order, she was just lovely in her demeanor and professionalism, areal credit and superior asset to the company!
