I don?t even know where to start. My friend was so excited to get a beautiful cake for her daughter?s birthday. Unfortunately,... the cake was done very lazy and one piece was slapped on the front of a white cake that was supposed to be a custom-made cake.The cake was told to sit out for three hours, and it sat out from more than four hours, and was still completely frozen by thetime we had to cut the cake. It was totally embarrassing trying to saw through it. After the cake finally somehow defrosted alittle, the cake still tasted so dense and like it was made weeks ago. Definitely not recommended. Had a cake made for a child's birthday, it was nothing like the picture I sent to her. It looked like she just baked a cake and... wrapped paper around it, second the cake was frozen and dried out and old in the middle, the children could even enjoy it. It's incredibly unfortunate when small businesses have a great offering yet treat customers poorly and completely disrespect and... patronize them. I don't know the owner, but I spoke to someone very nice on the phone and very willing to help. Once I arrived,I was met with disdain and treated completely different by the woman in the front. The person I spoke to in the phone was nowtoo busy to come out from the back to speak with me even after we had just spoken and agreed that I would stop in to finalizeorder details. The other woman was incredibly rude and condescending to me, so I just walked out and will take my businesselsewhere. Read more

I can't explain how happy I was when I saw the cake that Ana made. It was also very delicious! I was in contact with her for... MONTHS before my event and she answered every email professionally and promptly. She showed me sketches and took my ideas andbudget into consideration. I recommend her wholeheartedly. This bakery is incredible. Forgetting how accommodating they are for GF and Vegan, the cakes, cupcakes, breads, and pies , are... unbelievable, both in terms of taste and presentation. Could not recommend this bakery more. We intend to use them foreverything we can! Read more
