So I work from home and really don?t have time to go and grab lunch on a 30 minute break and i wanted something different from... what I already have home so I go to subway app and place my order for a foot long Black Forest ham sub extra Mayo and yellowmustard I love how they catered to their customers craving, the sub was fresh and toasted just perfect I was truly satisfiedwith my order the only issue I have is that when you put leave at door and contactless delivery the drivers are not seeing it ontheir end it tell them to call and because I?m on the phones it?s an inconvenience and most of the drivers don?t understandEnglish so when you tell them on the phone to leave at the door they still knock and knock that really gets me because myclients can hear the continues knocking and if you don?t answer they?ll try leaving with your order instead of leaving it. Thesub is generally about almost $8 by itself but with delivery comes out to $14 if you have rewards you?ll save $2 Read more

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in to purchase a sandwich. The ?Store Manager,?... Shanice or whatever her name was super rude! She started yelling that I needed to have a mask on. So I asked her does she hasone that she can provide, I was willing to purchase one. Nevertheless she stated that the owner wants her to enforce this one.Which is completely understandable. But it?s not what she said, it?s how she said it. I asked her why don?t they provide masks,she stated that the owner does not want to purchase them. The entire time she spent yelling and being completely irate, I couldhave easily purchased my sub and been on my way. The owner clearly does not have good judgment in who she allows to run herplace of business. Great customer service goes a very long way. This young lady needs to be trained on how she addresses hercustomers. Read more

This Subway has really great customer service and I'm really pleased whenever I go here. The last time one of the workers made... me a sandwich and I wanted to tip him with the machine - but he told me that location did not have one. I told him he shouldtalk to his manager because the other Subways have that device (and sometimes people want to tip, but they don't have cash). Thenext time I went in, the same guy delivered GREAT customer service again - and I wanted to tip him AGAIN. What do I come tofind out when I ask him if he asked his manager about the device? He told me he spoke to his manager about the idea but that themanager basically said "no". I personally don't think this is fair because if other Subway workers get tipped - ALL Subwayworkers should have that option as well. I understand that Subways are independently owned with different franchise owners, butfrom what I understand, this owner provides their other Subway with this device, which intrigues me. Why would you not want yourworkers to get tipped? At the end of the day they are going to deliver even BETTER customer service and bring more business toyour location. If you are the owner of this Subway, you should consider getting this newest ATM-Credit Card tipping device toyour Subway so your workers can get more $$ They are busting their chops and a lot of them are in school or have young families.It's the decent and CORRECT thing to do. To my buddy who always delivers great customer service over there at that location -thank YOU so much - I appreciate the kindness and attention you deliver and I want to recognize you and say you are appreciated.Hopefully this sparks some attention and gets you some extra $$$ God bless!
