Deserves "0" not even 1 star. Unfortunately is not an option here, as well as providing disposable utensils to their customers.... Person named Maritza said "If you need a fork, you should buy the salad!" Well, I do not even eat salad. I used to get cookiesand pizza, I needed a fork my my child. Since this subway is inside the YMCA it should be a,convenient place to get a sub especially when you spend hours with practice... and games. Unfortunately the staff is zero customer service oriented. One of them is very often on his phone, even whileservicing you. But the old lady is,even worse she is rude, never order a soup during her shift. She always says we dont have. Sonext time if you are hungry and want subway go to the one on Hollywood Blv and Park Rd. 3 minutes away from this one. There youwill enjoy your meal!!!! Read more

After getting confirmation that my order was accepted by the restaurant they call 25 minutes after to let me know they don?t... have supplies to make my order they want me to canceled so I have to pay the cancellation fee. Read more
