The guy working there just gave me the finger. I ordered a spicy italian 6 inch that costs like 6.50. He rang it up as a roast... chicken for nearly 8 bucks. When I asked him about it he said, "you ordered grilled chicken!" I chalked it up to his brokenEnglish but when I got home, guess what... spicy italian. Thief. Wish I could give negative stars. Asked the lady about a combo & price, long story short.. she made a sandwich with our answers then threw it away to make another... 1, 1" smaller. People are dying from hunger & she's throwing away food, and we spoke details about the sandwich. Read more

We waited like 20mins for 4 6 inch to be made by the folks ahead of us, as there were two employees but the girl did nothing to... help the guy, she put earpods in and went to the back, the line was at the door. About 12 people and she still didn't help out.Sub was below average as if you order meatball you get 8 on a footling but those darn chicken sandwiches the meat falls off. Read more

I am the leader of a humanitarian group of teens. We had been in Brazil for a month, and decided to get subway at the beach as... our first meal backing the states. Since our group is large, both of our cards were declined as the purchase was large and in anew country. Your employee was so rude. She started yelling at me in front of the other customers. I tried giving her a cardover the phone and she said that wasnt possible. As I was on the phone with the program manager, trying to figure out theproblem, she was impatient and unhelpful. I know I was holding up the line, I felt terrible, but yelling at me and not lettingme have anytime to be on the phone did not help it go any faster. I suggested she help the other customers while I resolve theproblem, and I would pay as soon as the card was liberated. She continued in a very rude and cutting tone that that wasntpossible, she couldn't just write down the total and charge me in a few minutes. I'm sure she was stressed, but so was I.Kindness goes a long way. Horrible customer service. I hope no one else ever has to feel that way. Read more

Terrible experience last night, my friend was choking on food and couldn't get help and was not allowed to use the restroom. She... was in great distress with eyes bulging, tears running down her face and could not get assistance we had to run out to the beachto get help. I asked why we couldn't use the bathroom and was told the owners don't allow use of it and the excuse they use is"it's under construction" since Covid-19 pandemic started. Really, over a year? How is one to even wash their hands and shecouldn't clean herself up afterwards. Inara, I understand your the manager and I would like to discuss this matter with you.Please be responsible and reply.
