I don't know why the Chinese culture thinks they don't make mistakes. (It's ok, we all are human and make mistakes, no not one... is perfect, but God) I've been going to Rice Bowl for years and when I do, I order the same thing every time. I placed an orderlast week and the food was NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! After about three forks of rice, my taste buds and stomach said, no ma'am. Icalled the restaurant and explained the issue to the owner, (that knows me from patronizing her business.) I went on to ask, doyou think you can just credit me? Why did I say that?! You would've thought I asked her for a million dollars. She said veryadruptly, "Oh no, we don't do that, you're the only one that has complained today." (What about keeping your customers pleasedand wanting them to come back ma'am?) She could care less. When I tell you she was RUDE...I couldn't believe it. First of all,the restaurant resides in a black community, where many, if not most, helps keeps the business running..therefore, you'd thinkshe'd have a little more respect! However, she does not have to EVER worry about me stepping foot back in her restaurant,spending ANY of my dollars. Word of mouth is everything. Food not fresh very unpolite couldn't even give us plates we bought a family meal we had no plates to eat it on she gave me a... cardboard box finally I told her I would pay for a plate or bowl anything she gave me a cardboard box for the kids to eat out ofso of course we went and bought some plates we're not recommend this place it used to be good before now I don't know whathappened Read more

This place is disgusting. Honestly people DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this little whole in the wall. Not only is the... food gross, and dry their establishment as well is just as nasty. Lady on the phone is rude and also does NOT know what is onher menu. Believe me if I could I would give this place triple ZERO stars!!! One of my favorite Chinese restaurant as far as take out but not for dining in. The lady who takes my order never cease to amaze... me bcuz after a few times ordering almost the same thing, all the time & she has an idea who u are, she remembers what was orderwhen u call again to place an order. Also another draw back to it is the parking. The front of the restaurant sits on a main,busy road therefore the parking is in the back which has limited lighting. Read more
