Drive through workers don?t seem to know the menu at all. Extremely rude and lazy. Food takes forever to come out and they... almost always get the order wrong. 10/10 do NOT recommend going here. Just go to Chipotle next door, you?ll have a much betterexperience. Read more
Obviously another chain restaurant that has stopped caring about the customers that keep them afloat. Delivery is a sure sign... that either the employees don't care, or the manager doesn't do their job in verifying to go orders. Or is it that it's Uber andwho cares? Issues with the entire order. The portion is a fraction of what you get when you dine in. The food looks horrible ina foam left- over type box. The rice is dry and clumpy. Ordered 2 Caesar as a side with no croutons, and a third as a side foranother entree. Only got 2, both with croutons. Ordered all dark meat and got white meat. Literally the entire meal waswrong. It's a shame when you don't have the confidence to order a delivery meal from a national chain, expecting consistency,value, quality and order validation and they FAIL on all aspects of expectations. I'll add Pollo Tropical to the "we don't care"list that Chipotle is also on. This location really needs help. Read more
This is the first time coming here. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on my way to the airport. We shared the tropichop with... everything. The food was good, but lacked seasoning. The sauces helped. We'll definitely try it again. Read more
Ordered five wings in the Drive-Thru employee said they would bring it out 19 minutes later I went inside to find out they had... not started to cook the five wings yet took me almost 40 minutes to get five wings, wow! Talk about great service. Read more
Very disorganised and slow service. I ordered ahead and came later the pickup time and the order wasn?t ready. It took a worker... 15 min to make a bowl and a wrap. He did not know what to do and was super slow walking from one corner to the other. He usedthe same gloves to prepare food and pickup receipts from the floor. The lady that?s was preparing the chicken was cussing infront of the customers. There were many workers so short staffing wasn?t an issue. They need to organise the flow better. I ordered a shrimp ceviche bowl but in the photo of the ad it looked very good, but after eating the 3 shrimp and 2 avocado... slices, what remains on the plate is a lot of lettuce. In the ad photo there is no lettuce. Do not eat in this place becauseit is waste of money? Read more
This place sells the same food that all the franchise but, the attention of one of the guys is PATHETIC. I forgot my glasses and... I asked for one grill chicken filet and the guy just point to the screen, he was sooooooo rude. And when I got my food NO FILETAT ALL!!! Cause, he was sooooo boring while we were asking him. I'll never understand WHY if you dislike people, you work withpublic!!! I will never ever come back here because that guy was soooooo rude even from the start when we were at the lane. Ordered 2 half rack of ribs. They only gave me 6 ribs total! Price was expensive and everything was ala carte. No mention of... ribs on menu. Stillbwaiting for someone to get back to me. Very poor experience. The ribs that I got actually tasted good,but 6 ribs for $41.00 are not worth it. Read more
