I drove back because they forgot my fries. I explained this to the lady but she didn?t understand what I was saying. I watched... her prepare another quesadilla as I repeatedly tell her that I?m just missing fries, not a quesadilla. She nods and hands meanother quesadilla. Finally, I explain to the manager that I just need my fries. A half hour after pulling into the drive thru,I get back to my car and realize that they also forgot my sauce and napkins. I eat my dry food, take one sip of my soda and it?sall gone because it was filled to the top with ice. This location has been this way for years with no improvements. Read more

Was not too happy with my food. The chicken was extremely dry and way overcooked. I pick up food from this location all the... time. Latley the food has not been good at all. I don't think I will be going anymore. It's sad because we pay so much for ourfood. Also the dining room has been closed for months and the drive is always packed. Today I waited almost 30 min. My usual is their chicken soup, but I wanted to try something different. After greeting a male employee behind the counter, I... ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with an individual side of fries and a frozen pina colada. Once I received my food, a femaleemployee told me that the frozen drink machine was not working and to wait for the manager to get a refund. After waiting forover five minutes, I asked the manager if I could get a flan...it was the same price as the drink...even exchange. I sat at anavailable table to eat my food and was literally unimpressed with how the food looked. The chicken breast was crispy, but thesandwich was pressed. Why would you press a chicken sandwich? It's not a panini and it's not flavorful as one neither. There wasno toppings or sauce added to the sandwich either...it was just bland. For the fries it looked like I was served the bottomscrapings. The fries almost looked burnt, tasted dry and salty. I just placed the sandwich and fries back in the bag. I'll addsome bbq sauce to the sandwich to at least make it edible when I get home. The only thing I did enjoy was the flan. Though itwas small for $3, it was creamy & sweet. I think I'll stick with the soup whenever I decide to get food at Pollo Tropical. Today, after having a terrible experience at the Ross store located in the same plaza (lack of professionalism and poor... management). We decided to have dinner at Pollo Tropical, what a totally different experience! Employees were nice with a smilein their faces and willing to satisfy their costumers. The manager, Sarah is very professional and extremely nice to everyone,including the employees, the way it should be! Kudos to Sarah and her staff, please keep up the good work! Thank you! Read more

I stood at the register for about 10 mins before someone from the back realize that I was standing there too long and took my... order. Once I got my food, my chicken was undercooked and pink inside. Luckily the drive thru cashier decide to step in and helpand made a new bowl for me. Read more

Tons of fresh chicken on the grill, yet they serve me one that is old, tough and dried out. No rum sauce, no mustard sauce.... Eating at Pollo Tropical used to be one of my favorite things when in FL, but on this trip I haven't had one good meal at 4different locations. Very disappointed. Read more

My question is why is this location still open, this is the worst Pollo tropical you can ever go to. I never come, but when I do... the service and the food it?s worst. The sad part is that nothing gets fixed, again it?s a nightmare, there is always something;either short on staff, or the dining room is closed for who knows what reason. Their employees and managers need to stop bychick fil a for some training so they can learn how to work with customers. But again it people keep visiting and don?t sayanything nothing will ever be fixed. I mean it won?t affect me any more since I won?t return again. Read more

Probably one of the worst locations I?ve visited for this chain. First of all, their dining room was closed today, with no sign... in the main door, so we had to wait by the door for someone to show up from the back and tell us. The door in the side had asign saying closed due to covid surge. They were only taking drive thru orders, which was fine. We got in line for to order onthe car. The employee taking orders was extremely rude. First of all telling us that he wasn?t even supposed to be working butthat he was working anyways. Okay, sure? Not sure why you need to tell that to your customers. Then, when trying to order thesame items I could see on the app, he kept saying what? You want what? I mean I can see what options you have on the app, so whyquestion me in what?s available for that item? When he asked the size, he said you want regular or? And I was like what is theother option, because I didn?t see this on the app, and he said, regular or what? And I said what are the options? And he gaveme attitude and said, large of course, we have regular or large. Once done with the order, in the next window, the lady waslaughing inside the store and giving our back to the car, didn?t say hi or bye, just said your total is $$$. How you want topay? Read more
