Ate here the last day at the hotel. Service was horrible. She never gave refills, sugar, checked on is after food was... delivered. We had to get up to get everything. Then the food took an hour to come out and the waffles were cold. ???? The tablebeside us the people were so mad one persons food never came out. Good breakfast variety for the Diplomate hotel residents. They have healthy options. I tried the egg and avocado bagel.
The food was great and service terrific. We ate there for breakfast which, while simple for the price, was delicious. Overall... the wait staff were very friendly and restaurant clean. I would recommend for anyone looking for a good formal breakfast. Read more

Excellent food and ambiance. Our waiter Paul was outstanding and delivered an excellent dining experience. The Fried Calamari... with garlic aioli is a must have when going as a starter. Breakfast was really good fresh fruits and sweets were awesome. But what made this a great experience was our beautiful waitress... Fiona Barks! Her personality goes above and beyond, gorgeous smile, attentive even when she didn’t speak my moms language shetried. The second time we went there she remembered the Cuban coffee and our drinks!!
