Sheridan store very nice and clean. We spend with my friends 5 hours talking and enjoying food. Great place for gathering. Food... was very good and cold teas delicious mixed. We was very disappointed about Panera, food today. We changed the order with a different one because we realized that sandwich... looking very good in the picture bacon egg brioche. We asked to change the bread brioche with asiago begel. But we don'treceived what we expected. At the first the cashier understand wrong what to cancell on our order. The chasier was cancellingthe coffee in stead to cheange what we request to change. After many confusions we received something what no one will eat Iwill attach the picture. The Manager on red t-shirt was with attitude and not polite at all. He was sayng if we pay for onemore egg the sandwich wil look alot better. Stopped by the restaurant, after my coworker cut my hair today, prior to me leaving for Cap Cana. Some of the guests were... getting frustrated with the hold up on their food. Mine was ready within minutes....bbq chicken smokehouse sandwich. Oh sogood. Read more
Worst meal ever at this Panera. Soup was so dry that spoon stood up straight. Turkey sandwich was dry, bacon wimpy and zero... flavor. What a disappointment! Read more
Love Panera but worst experience at this one,, cashier wanted to stick a pastry for a $1:00 when I had a free one with my... rewards. Cold soup not a grilled cheese but a soggy not well toasted pieces of bread with cheese on it. Employees coughing whilehandling food. As a member of their drink club I usually only stop by for iced coffee or a lemonade. 2 times I have ordered a breakfast... sandwich and a flatbread. Both times I ordered ahead on their app, online. Both times food was ready when they said it would beready and food was accurately prepared. Employees at the front are always polite and pleasant. The lobby has always been clean.I even walked in once with a foster dog and didn't have a single issue. I really like this location. Read more
