This place OOZES good vibes. The Kava/Kratom/Bartender was extremely knowledgeable and knew about all the varieties of Kratom... (White/Green/Red) in depth. I went there for the first time last night and I will never go back. I went with a friend and we ordered two traditional Kava... triples each ($9) and two traditional Kava singles each ($4). I attached a picture of their menu. First the guy working theredidn?t mix the Kava at all and it tasted weak, but we didn?t want to make a big deal about it so we didn?t say anything. Whenit was time to pay, he rang it up in his machine and he tried to charge us $28+tax. I told him that it should be $26($9+$9+$4+$4). I showed him the menu. He shrugged and said this is how it rang up and he just looked at me. I told him that Iwant to be charged the right amount and he looked at me like ?what do you want me to do?? He then cancelled the order andshowed me the screen as he rang it up again. This time it came to $27+tax and he said ?see i did it again and it is the sameamount? I explained that it is a different amount now and it is still wrong. He asked me what I want him to do. I said I wantto be charged the right amount. He said he is charging the right amount. I showed him the menu and asked him to do the mathwith me and he kept going back to the register and looking there. He asked me if I want him to call his manager. I said I wantto be charged the right amount. Eventually he called his manager. The manager walked him through the ring up process and came tothe same price of $27+tax. I asked to talk to the manager and he didn?t let me. Then I walked away to sit with my friend whileI waited and after a few minutes he snapped his fingers at me several times as his way of telling me to come back. I let it goand went back and he told me that this time he would charge me $21.40 and in the future whatever price I get charged I have toaccept. He said if I can?t accept the price they charge next time then I shouldn?t bother coming back. Like I said I?m nevergoing back and you shouldn?t go back either. Read more

Live... tunes during open mic night and game night's on Wednesday the house has it all. Including a special menu like none other aroundthe downtown area. Very friendly kava/Kratom bar with snacks including ice cream. Unlike many Kratom bars they do have limited alcohol service.... Soothingly decorated, It is a long room but not very wide. The crowd gets in late. Live artists also perform and the night wewere there, it was an exceptional vocalist with acoustic guitar. You can?t help but relax and soak in the vibe. Read more
