When the restaurant first opened in Cooper city, the food was fantastic. It has now been about eight or nine months, maybe a... year. I went there today and The fried fish that my friend had was excellent. Unfortunately, I had the chicken and salad. Iwent to their sauce bar and picked up two containers of the onions in the orange sauce. When I got back to the table and tastedit, the sauce was rancid. I immediately told the staff at the counter. All three of them. I was there for about another 30minutes and nobody went to the sauce bar to remove the tray of rancid sauce. My guess is that they will leave it there untilit?s gone. So sad. My chicken was nothing to write home about, it didn?t have much flavor, it wasn?t too warm and there was nosalad dressing on the salad. I went up to ask for soap and there is no salad dressing. I don?t know what has happened to thisrestaurant but I will not be back. Read more
They have price on the menu displaying on the TV screen, and on the menu they have no prices.. On the TV screen it is $6,75 When... paid for she said it is $7,75 So this store is making extra $1 for every lunch special that is rounding to lot. I understandthis covi and inflation. I think this store should have signs and warn customers that prices are different.. Read more
Smelled delicious on the outside so we wanted to try it out. Inside it was a regular fast food restaurant like a pollo tropical... or KFC except they use real utensils. This seems like a Peruvian restaurant due to the menu items. Was disappointed at the inkakola soda I ordered cause the can was dirty. I ordered the green noodles with beef, my mom ordered regular sautéed noodles withbeef, my sister got the lomo saltado (skirt steak). For sides we got fried plaintains (mislabeled as fried bananas) and garlicpotatoes. Menu look fancy but was hard to order since the screen kept changing and they didn?t offer a paper menu except for theone sample menu at the register. Later we found paper menus by the door on a side table on our way out. Our meal cost $20 aperson not including dessert. My sister says that the quality is better in other franchises so I guess there is a qualitycontrol issue. None of us could finish our meal cause it was so bland, soggy and overcooked. Read more
Nice new place. Fast service, excellent food, not much more to say! Enjoy it!
First time eating at this place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful explaining the different dishes they had. Finally... I decided to eat the Beef salteado and it was delicious indeed. It came with white rice and French fries. I'm sure you can optfor different sides but this combination went well together. Stop by and try it! It had alot of traffic while I ate my meal sothats definitely ????. Read more
