Our waitress was on some SERIOUS drugs that had her running back and forth all over restaurant. She met her dealer while we... were still in parking lot. Her eyes were literally about to pop out her face. She was breathing heavy. It was a blond lady atlike 3 am yesterday morning. She was high beyond belief. Like literally running around the restaurant there were only 1 othercustomer beside me and my sister. If you have cameras it's worth the watch. Hilarous. The place is a bit small with lot of servers in the entrance area that makes the waiting area a bit messy, but it ain't that... bad. The service was good (Sheera was our server) and the food nice too. The pulled pork melt with mac n cheese was reallytasty. The burger was OK and fries were average. Overall, for price and food, a good experience. Read more
1st off I called the restaurant what's put on hold for 8 minutes only to have the representative hang up on me. Proceeded to... call back about 10 minutes later while on my way to the restaurant only to be put on hold again for another 6 minutes I arrivedto the restaurant while on hold. Old. I walked in the restaurant place my order still while on hold on the line. Now to talkabout my order. I ordered the breakfast sampler and which I specifically told the waitress to give me all sausage. I get homeand I have 2 sausage 2 bacon to ham. Not to mention my pancakes are as thin as a dime. Why don't they just hire a cook insteadof having the manager try it.. I've gone to this location on a number of occasions totally disappointed this time.. Read more
The experience was amazing thanks to our host Joe and our server Sheree! Both did an excellent job even though the place was... full to capacity? we never felt neglected. They made sure our experience was memorable and enjoyable. Will be back for sure ifJoe and Sheree are still working here! Took my kid?s here for dinner. Ordered my eggs well done, sent it back once and it still came back running. Not busy at all but... slow service. Had to asked for utensils and no refills offered. Bad, very bad! Should have taken the hint when they asked us towait til they wash dishes for us to order. Asked for the manager and was told she left! Read more

If anyone follows me on any of my reviews, you would know that customer service is really big for me. I visited this IHOP during... the hours of their "happy hour" to order food at a reduced price. I was informed that in order to eat from the "happy hour"menu, I would need to dine in. However, I did not feel like sitting in with my grandson, so after I was denied the "happy hour"menu for take out, I ordered off the regular menu. Now, this is when it got really interesting. I ordered the juniorcheeseburger and a soda which totalled $11.32. I handed Angelica a $20 bill and in return she gave me $8. At no point did I tellAngelica she could keep my change, nor did she provide the customer service by informing me that she didn't have change. It wasactually my intentions to leave her a tip (because i am a tipper). However, she decided she wanted to keep $0.32 instead, so Iobliged. Ihop, you need to train your employees to provide better customer service. It is not her decision to make with regardsof giving the customer their correct change or not. I would not visit this location again and I feel very disrespected by heractions. Read more
