GoBistro is a great place to go for delicious and fresh dishes. The interior is super cozy and the staff is extremely... friendly. The first time we went, the ramen did not really impress me. It wasn?t as flavorful as pork broth ramen should be.Which is the only complaint I have about this place. Everything else is extremely delicious, especially the pork bellybuns. The second time we went to GoBistro, we also tried the spicy fried chicken which was also perfectly balanced andcrunchy. The tuna tataki is also amazing, the sauce packs a ton of flavor in combination with the fresh tuna. They have avariety of sake choices, I would recommend the peach jelly sake if you like something sweet. Overall this place is perfect forcasual dinner. Read more
Amazing and authentic ramen place. We ordered for starters the fried avocados with mayo sriracha sauce and they were excellent... and pretty crispy! We got there in happy hour so we decided to also ordered a crispy shrimp roll which were also very delicious.Later we ordered two ramen soup one spicy curry which was amazing and the other a regular tonkotsu with a fried chickenextra. GoBistro is quite hidden if wasn't for the pinkish neon lighting the entrance! But I can say that was an amazing surprise! Food... is great and everyone there was super friendly. I didn't tried but if you like Sake they have a good variety. Conclusion: greatplace! I'm sure coming back! Read more
Second time here. Their sushi rolls and bao buns are great! The ramen could be improved with more depth in flavor and better... noodles, but I definitely enjoy the amount of scallions they add to the tonkotsu ramen! My favorite roll is the tuna crunch. Thechicken bao bun was delicious! The chicken split apart perfectly, was crispy but still juicy, and the sauce complemented itwell. The service was immediate, my partner and I popped in at 9pm on a Saturday and were seated immediately (we were also only2 people). The bao buns came within 5 minutes of ordering, the sushi came soon after, and the ramen came as soon as we werefinishing the sushi roll. Read more
Awesome outside seating with prob the best sushi I ever had in my life. I had friend with benefits roll, mr. One of my favorite ramen, sushi, & Japanese spots in South Florida. They have a great lunch menu and a huge menu with everything... from buns to sashimi, and from curry ramen to spam musubi. Everything we tried from here was extremely tasty. Will definitely beback soon to explire the menu some more! Read more
Stopped here for a quick evening snack based on all of the glowing reviews. The service was great and the girls working were... super friendly! The food was okay. We started with a few apps and those were great. Once we got the the ramen and sushi we justweren?t feeling it. Maybe just an off day. This place checks all the boxes. Fun little ramen and sushi joint that is lively and well staffed. Everyone is super friendly... and the food is amazing Chicken wings crispy and spicy, sticky buns very perfect , pork ramen was flavorful and generousportion and the YoLo Roll was best sushi roll ever consumed.
