This was our first time at Gioia Eat and we will definitely be back! Although the menu offered a wide variety of pasta and... specialty entrees, we opted for a pizza and were not disappointed. The crust was perfect, and the sauce, cheese, and toppingswere excellent. We also enjoyed the beer selection, coffee, and dessert. Almost 10 years since being diagnosed with celiac disease. This is by FAR the best gluten free pizza I ever had.
