I ordered a Texas Brisket And Egg Sandwich online like I always do. This time I was given the wrong order I didn?t check my... sandwich before leaving , which I regret ! Hollywood FL location. The clerk did not understand my order this morning and took points from my account. I thought I was... pretty clear about what I wanted to get. I find that during the week I never have any issues with my orders. Everyone speaksEnglish well, I always get a warm greeting by my first name and my orders are perfect. On the weekends there is a totallydifferent atmosphere in this store. I will shop during the week days. Read more
I stopped by on my way to dropping my daughter off to school. I wasn't acknowledge nor greeted yet an older gentleman walked in... and was immediately greeted with a good morning. When it was our turn, we were simply asked what are you ordering this morning.We weren't asked for a name for our order yet the customer after us was greeted with a good morning and asked for a name. Wewait 14 minutes for 2 bagels and we were the second person there. I usually go to the Einstein on Pines however decided to go tothis location beecause it was on my way to dropping my daughter off to school in Hollywood. Seems like the Hispanic cashier onlygave good customer service to non-black customers. It left a distasteful experience in my mind. Read more

I went in for a coffee and sandwich. The employee couldn?t hear me over her mask. She kept taking it off to hear me better. I... wanted the Santa Fe without the spicy salsa. I?ve never really been in so was unaware of how the sandwich was made. What I readled me to believe there were 2 salsa options. I realize now that I just looked it up there is only the one. The employee had noidea what I was trying to ask. I think before you put an employee on the front counter, maybe they should know what?s on themenu or be able to say there is only one type of salsa. The whole thing was ridiculous it?s 2022 and there was a table betweenme and her. The company should invest in plexiglass shields if they?re going to hire hard of hearing teenagers. The nastiest workers bad, terrible attitudes. Instead of working the counter and preparing food their attitudes were that of... cleaning toilets; that's what they should be doing. Attitudes not conducive to working with customers. Terrible place DO NOTPATRONIZE. I was told to email you but apparently that's not a good email. My son and I went to this establishment onSaturday, 6/11 at about 11a.m. walked in ordered there was a lady that ordered ahead of us the same nasty lady was also nasty tous. We were waiting almost 15 minutes for 2 drinks and when I approached her she stated the drinks had to be made, as if I'm afool but we had been waiting awhile. I just to them to refund my money and I walked out will never return to this establishmentagain I rather drive 10 miles to the next one rather than go there again. Read more
When I went to Florida, it was my first time trying Einstein?s Bagels and this place did not disappoint! The bagels were so... fresh and well made. Everyone was very friendly and listened to our instructions. Regardless of how busy the place was, ourorders came out quick. It?s definitely the best place I had bagels at. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the Nova Lux withthe smoked salmon was exceptional! I would highly recommend if you?re visiting the Hollywood area or going for a vacation! Read more
The bathroom here is so dirty. At least sweep the toilet. I didn?t have a appetite after that?. And if I do come the bagels are... good , but the coffee is always cold . They don?t change it often or lack of coffee Read more
