I hate that I?m being a Karen. I truly HATE IT so much so that I really try not to ?ask for the manager?. But the way that I... was treated was absurd when I asked them to fix my order. Honestly I wish there was another local Dunkin for me. This location Ithink is some sort of a family business. Every time I?ve had an issue with an employee and asked for the manager, the employeeswould say something like ?whatever, it?s my (family relation)? The manager wouldn?t do anything to fix my order. Check your bagels before u drive off! The drive thru situation is a lil confusing but I understand they don?t have much room to... work with. Just inconvenient if your in a hurry and have to leave,No way out once your in. Con, they are fast and coffee isgreat! Read more
They got a big sign out there open at 4:00 the lady tells me we're not open we have to count our money no you get there at 3:30... to do all that no one has any kind of responsibility I asked her what time she's open and she's yelling at me just amazing theyshould stay home and let the other girls run it they're a lot nicer Read more
This is the worse location to go to. Stop going there. I told the manager today that his workers need to improve because the... service has gotten worse and his argued with me about his sales have gone up. What manager does that? Poor service for the pastyear plus. Go to Taft they are friendlier and the service is much better and easier. I will drive the extra mile from now on Read more
Pumpkin spice and apple cider season is officially here and delicious Staff as always are amazing. Cider donut almost like home... in new England that you would get at an orchard. First Time At This location we choose the drive through wait was not long at all, ordered Sausage Egg & Cheese Crosant, French... Vanilla Hot Coffe, food was fresh & hot, Customer Service can be improved the young girl at the drive through didn't say Goodmorning. But I will definitely recommend and I will probably revisit. Until the September 2020 makeover, this had to be the ugliest DD location in S. Florida. Now, it is the jewel of State Rd 7.... Beautiful!!! I live the iced coffee with the French vanilla shot and have tasted it from almost every location in Broward and sfew in Dade and none compare to this locations. At other locations it?s usually a toss up, however, this location nails it everytime. Some put sweetened vanilla if they are out of unsweetened without asking, put far to much ice, or the coffee is bitter adtherefore old or when brewed, not portioned right. It?s nice that the location is spruced up, but focus is on a great brew andthis location nails my favorite coffee every time!!! Read more
