I hate that I?m being a Karen. I truly HATE IT so much so that I really try not to ?ask for the manager?. But the way that I... was treated was absurd when I asked them to fix my order. Honestly I wish there was another local Dunkin for me. This location Ithink is some sort of a family business. Every time I?ve had an issue with an employee and asked for the manager, the employeeswould say something like ?whatever, it?s my (family relation)? The manager wouldn?t do anything to fix my order. This is the worse location to go to. Stop going there. I told the manager today that his workers need to improve because the... service has gotten worse and his argued with me about his sales have gone up. What manager does that?
