We had a huge let down with our order. We had placed an order at 6:02pm; finally at 7:14pm part of order showed up. The second... part never showed up. Unfortunately the pizza that did arrive was cold and unable to be enjoyed at all. We travel all overCanada and the USA and have never had a bad experience. We were in a hotel, so reheating wasn?t an option, driving to therestaurant also wasn?t an option. Delivery was done by an E-bike, which means most pizzas will be cold upon arrival, take alonger than necessary time to get to you, if there?s an issue/forgotten item, it likely will not show up either. I ordered online. After 3 hours of waiting and for the store to not answer a phone I went up to the store. The manager was not... there. Only 2 employees were there and were under the influence. An hour later I left with food although not my correct order.It was the store on Sheridan in Hollywood. The manager's name is Mike and should be immediately fired. Oh...and my pizza thatfell on the floor from the oven was put into a box to be given to another customer. That wasn't even the worst part of thevisit. Read more
Being held hostage. Billion dollar company and I can't get a pizza in the the oven. They have my money but store don't make... order. Call get hung up on not once not twice three times. After the first call I wouldn't eat the pizza anyway but guess itdoesn't matter as it can't even get to the oven. Do not ever ever order from the store. I ordered a small thin crust pizza it confirmed a small thin crust pizza with extra... cheese light regular sauce it ended up coming as a thick crust with no extra cheese that I paid for unfortunately I paid withcash otherwise I would have canceled my credit card order. The manager the general manager were all extremely rude. I just hadsurgery and cannot drive and was staying at a local hotel. I have ordered a small thin crust pizza from my current Domino's bymy house and never had an issue I can understand why I guess I should have looked at the ratings a 2.8 it should be a zero orworse a negative 2.8. Took advantage of the 50% off deal and it was Soo easy to order online and pick up in 10min. The Meat extravaganza was delicious... and ???? hot. Customer service was nice and pleasant and fast in and out. ???? I really don't know what these negative reviewsare about ????????. Read more

This is the absolute worst dominos location ever. I ordered for delivery and after 2 hours of worrying they canceled my order.... But my last order, ironically got there at a decent hour only to find that my pizza was NOT a pizza at all. But just baked doughthat they did not even have the decency to completely cover it with cheese. Never again. Read more
