Crooks!! Let me be clear. The food is always great. However, bad business mixed with good food will still lead to failure. They... are charging 15% tip without informing the customer. I placed a takeout order and was not told a 15% tip would be charged. Ialways tip and I'm actually okay with the tip. My issue is they should tell the customer. I instructed them to add $5.43 tip tomy order. The cashier added it knowing that they had ALREADY added 15% ($6.83) to my bill. SMH. That's equivalent to stealing.They should be ashamed and need to do better. CROOKS!! Read more

Nice cozy diner family restaurant and atmosphere like advertised. I visited in the morning and they were somewhat busy but... there was an Opening for me to sit down didn't have to wait. The staff was attentive and the waitress I got was very good. Mybreakfast was very good it did not take long and was not very expensive. It was around $10 for a full breakfast and coffee ??. Next time I think I will try the omelet I saw one it looks pretty good. I had the French toast 2 eggs On toast and sausage. Iwould say it is On par with diner food and In some ways or step above diners in general. I did not try any other specialties orthere dinners or anything so I have limited say in the matter. Cute small business with great food. The French toast was amazing as is and doesn?t need additional syrup. The food was prepared... fast and pick up was seamless. The corned beef has was too spicy for my liking and more hash than corned beef. All else wasperfect! Read more
It was a bit of a wait to get seated since it?s a popular spot. Went here fir the first time and ordered the fried tilapia with... grits and eggs, while my bf ordered the salmon croquettes. Tilapia was great, eggs and grits were ok. Salmon Croquettes were alittle bland but still good. Pancakes were light and fluffy, yum! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We drove by this restaurant made a U-turn to check out another restaurant the smell that entered the car was so good, we decided... to check this place out instead. Jerry welcomed us and sat us immediately. She was super friendly and welcoming. She gave us aminute to look over the menu while she grabbed me a water and my fiancé a fruit punch, man was the fruit punch tastey!! Idecided on the biscuits and gravy and my fiancé got corned hash with over easy eggs, potatoes and toast. Everything wasabsolutely delicious! We found a hidden town gem! I saw on one of the server's shirt your Aunty's place somewhat of that nature. All I can say is I wish the Aunties in my family... threw down like that. It reminded me of my grandmother when she cooked on Sunday morning before church. That food gave me a fondmemory of such. Everything had just the right flavor oh my goodness when I come back to Florida you better believe I'll be back.The service was friendly and courteous thank you ladies for a first time experience that was lasting.
