This location is very badly managed, never have staff on weekends, store is always dirty, the line is huge due to lack of staff,... the staff they do have is not trained properly. Every single time i go they are out of something, and if its after 8pm forgetabout waffle bowl or cones. Read more
The worst cold stone I ever been to in my life. The employees said there were new and didn?t know what they were doing. Didn?t... have the main flavors (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate). Guy looks sweaty, wearing tank top and cleaning his hands with his dirtyshirt. He had ice cream left after he mixed the ingredients and instead of just stuffing it in or asking you want the next sizeup, told him you can put it in a bigger cup and he said I?m going to put it in my stomach! I wish I could give it 0 star!!! Friday is my husband's birthday, and I ordered an ice cream cake on Tuesday(three days ahead).... When I went to pick up on Friday, the girl told me they didn't receive the order until just now, therefore, there is no cake forme. She said she will issue me a refund, but only the owner can do it, the owner didn't answer the phone tho. I asked her for aproof but she said she couldn't provide me. Thank you Cold Stone there is at least 1 store that still has the strawberry Rendezvous specialty. This place has now become my... favorite cold stone. Trey and Tay were super nice and made us feel right at home. If management is reading this they are amazingemployees. Serving size was excellent. This location should just shut down. Save your money, time and drive here. Floor is sticky AF. Ice creams are not labeled... correctly. And they aren?t even COLD! I ordered the chocolate peanut butter cup perfection with a waffle bowl. First of, thegirl had such a bad attitude. The ice cream was melted and the girl didn?t even bother to offer something else or even chop theingredients into it. Straight gave it to me like that, and the waffle bowl nothing like it?s on the picture or other cold stonewe?ve been to before. My wife ordered a small with brownie and it was just sad lol. If you can?t find people to work here justshut down and stop stealing ppl money. By the way, organize your store and make it look mor appealing. I?m shocked this placeeven has 3 stars.
