The food wasn?t bad and my Uber driver was quick and efficient but the issue I had with the food was the quality of it. The... chicken tenders I ordered were over cooked and the breading on it just crumbled off and when I say the tenders are over cooked,it was like eating jerky. At this location yesterday was off da chain! Oomg! ???? ???? No choice but to use walk up window service, cause it was faster.... Besides walk-up window service is always on point ???????? . They deserve a raise plus a day off. Only 2 young boys working???????? and getting orders done as quickly as they could. I got 3 hot dogs w a chocolate shake. There was only one side opendrive- thru was backed up for a minute all out in the road. Why does management do this to young workers? ???? This location is pretty decent the drive-through service was pretty good. I almost forget that this location is here but I found... it recently and have been there a couple times the food was made well and the order was correct. They have a new automatedsystem at the drive-thru where you don't speak to somebody a computer takes your order basically. The first time I didn't do itcorrectly but they fixed my order for me. The last time I went through everything was correct no mistakes so it takes him togetting used to. Other than that not much else to say Checkers and Arby's are some of the last few fast food places where if youorder a large milkshake you will actually get a large milkshake. With inflation and everything else going on right now placeslike Burger King and McDonald's want to give you a small milkshake and charge you more or the same. Like I don't think Breyerscan make their ice cream any smaller they've already done that and it's the same price as Publix premium or Blue Bell as anexample. So if you like milkshakes checkers is a good choice. Most the time when I get fast food it's because I'm in a hurry andit makes a difference where I go based on whether I'm going to get a good milkshake or not so thumbs up checkers. Read more

I visited at around 11:00pm and the restaurant only had ONE employee working. Honestly, she did the best she could to keep up,... well done on her part, but it seemed kind of abusive. Management failed her (hence the 2 stars). Read more
I should have know that this was going to happen with checkers. For one, I ordered off of DoorDash and ordered two combo meals.... When my food finally arrived, I did not have my fries. Then, there was mold on my food, as well as the food being cold andunappetizing ???? . I have already reported this to DoorDash. The fact that this store believes this to be service and qualityof food is acceptable to serve anyone, is a sad sad thing. I will also bring sending this pictures to your corporate company aswell. EXTREMELY POOR customer service. There were 3 employees and NO ONE would answer a simple question about wait time. I had to... knock on the window several times to get their attention. Neither opened to the window to address the question. It was awfuland they got the order wrong. Read more
