The place is great, however, the purpose of my second visit was to study while taking something to eat. One of the attendant... told me not to use the large tables because she cleaned that section and it was closed for the day. I was shocked because it was6 pm and they closed at 9 pm. So, when I mentioned that the floor was already dry in that section and I needed a bigger table towork using my laptop, eat and take notes, the lady again firmly told me that that section was closed, and if I wanted a table, there were some small tables closed to the restroom. I was VERY disappointed with her attitude and the bad service to aclient. If the owner wants to bring more people to their coffee shop, they should keep in mind the importance to have workersthat are welcoming, and not people with bad attitudes and not educated in the food business. My catering order was ready in time and I ordered with less than 24 hours notice. Everything was perfect and delicious ????. ... The 100 piece assortment is perfect for parties. I just wished I would have ordered more ham croquetas, they were gone as soonas I placed them in the table. Order 100 or more I only ordered 50 . Thank you to the team that was working 5/5/22 amazingservice and atmosphere. The cook has an awesome voice. Read more

Came here on 04/20 at 7:50 to have a few sandwich?s with my family. As soon as we started to order the server Alejandra C... starting giving us aptitude and pushing us to order to go but we wanted to eat at the restaurant. We new that they closed at9pm. Then I asked her for a sandwich and she said ?Oh no the kitchen it?s closed, we closed it at 8:15? I said but it?s only7:52 PM ?oh the chef left earlier today? anyways we got the worse customer services. It look like she had a date and wanted togo home earlier. Definitely they need a new management and better customer services. Read more

Also, a breakfast plate with egg/bacon etc. very very good. Will order again. I ordered on postmates. Very fast, myorder was perfect.. nothing missing, hot & tasty. The bread was soft & buttery. ????I was a little scared after reading thereviews that my order would be wrong but, thankfully it wasn?t! Read more

I am extremely disappointed with CAO. I ordered 8 HAM croquetas through DoorDash and they sent me 4 chicken and 4 ham. I spoke... to the manager and all and was even told by the Manager that she saw the order being packaged ?correctly?. Clearly she was lyingor else she would have seen it was packaged incorrectly. I even told them they could come pick up the order and see forthemselves that they did indeed send me 4 chicken croquetas. They would not come to replace my order nor did I receive aconfirmation of getting a refund back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Disappointed on how they defended themselves when they are in thewrong and disappointed for not getting a solution on my order. Money does not grow on trees and I did not pay almost $16.00 tonot receive what I ordered. CAO needs to do better. People make mistakes and that?s OKAY but when you can?t provide a solutionand claim at the same time that you did not mess up, that?s when it?s NOT OKAY. Read more

This is the place I miss the most since I moved from Hollywood: Cao Bakery on Hollywood Blvd. Best time to go is early because... it?s jam packed after 10:00 AM. But hey?the pastelitos, croquetas, and especially LA FRITA are worth the wait. Truth be told,I?ve taken the 50 mile drive several times just to eat Cao Bakery. Cao Bakery, please?.come to WPB!
