This location of the famous fried chicken chain can get slow and crowded due to its placement on Hollywood Blvd., with many... tourists coming in. Sometimes 20 minutes to get your order. They appear to be understaffed. Long waits to order and long waits to receive your order. They made an error on my last order... but offered me a replacement order the next day. Unfortunately when I went in I was told to "step aside and we'll have that foryou right away". 20 minutes later a clerk asked me "can I help you?" I told them about my order and they said it wasn't there.The manager then came out, apologized, and put the order together herself. Nice, friendly staff. They're just in the weeds.It's a tough time for everyone right now. If you have patience, they still make pretty good food. Read more
To be honest, Popeyes is not bad. But I still like Church?s. Tried here once, tiny place and homeless is always on front of the... place that is somewhat uncomfortable. I respect people who work here. Location is indeed good, but again, parking is not easy. Read more
I'm french, so it's was the first time I try Popeyes and I love it so much ! The spicy chicken and the fries are really great... but don't propose (yet) a real vegetarian burger or something like that (I know ^^). But for real it's one of my favorite fastfood for now in America ???? Read more
I have to say this place is good. The chicken is usually warm. The sides are warm. I enjoy the hard work that the young people... put in even when they are under pressure. The only downside to this location is that they don?t have all the sides availablearound night time. They don?t have Cajun rice even though it?s on the menu, they also run out of Mac n cheese midday so by nighttime there is no mac n cheese for customers. Came here for the regular and spicy chicken sandwiches. As usual, way too salty. I like the comfortable seating and clean... restrooms as it's locked away from people who would casually stroll in and out and leave a mess and smell all over the place forthe matter. Staff was surprisingly friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again as this is oneof the much better places to eat. Read more
I was super-starving while at my boyfriend's house, who was dead asleep with not a darn thing to eat, so I had to happily fend... for myself. I don't need a ton of food to fill me up. I chose this place because it was super close and I had a hankering forsome good ole fried chicken. The service was nice, atmosphere decent, not too crowded, and the dine-in guests were sane thatday.
