Just like someone else stated, this manager ?Juan? is the issue. He refused to issue my store credit that corporate said I have... because it was ?too late?, but he or no other manager (that he claimed was there) never called like they were to do so to informme that I have store credit. I would NOT order here and skip to another pizza place. Dominos is faster & fresher. But thanks toCORPORATE, and my complaint on Juan, I was issued two free pizzas to other locations. Read more
Out of control random nonsense fees. The "processing" fee and other fees made a $12.99 order over $28 and that isn't even... counting tip. How the hell does a cut rate bottom of the. Barrel pizza place with in house delivery justify a "processing fee"what the hell do they need to process that they didn't before? When your expected to pay $35+ for a $13 medium pizza dealsomething is insanely wrong. im not the type to leave reviews. I typically take the L & move on. most of the time, things aren't that serious. but these bums... here... by far the worst, low class, no respect having kids need to learn some respect. rude. no manners. my order was canceled.I live in a luxury building with 24/7 security. my building is controlled access. no one can just get in. the lazy driver didn'tcall. I had to call TWO HOURS LATER to find out they canceled my order. this isn't the first incident either. months ago, one ofthe drivers forged my signature & gave himself a 15 dollar tip from my card. place needs to be closed or new management asap Read more
Horrible service, I repeated the correct address 5 times over the phone and they still delivered to the wrong address and... canceled my order. Do not order from this Pizza Hut. Absolutely incompetent. Read more
This Pizza Hut is one of the best Pizza Huts in the state! The food is served quick and hot! The staff are also very good and... very friendly! Just look at the hot pie I was served at this location! Read more
This Pizza Hut is the worst one in Hollywood. I placed a order for my kids to eat after our long day around 8pm it was 10 pm and... the manager canceled my order. When I called they said the driver was 2 min from the store picking up my order. I never receivedI spoke wit a manager that didn?t tell me any reason why but I had to replace my order and it would be over a hour wait?smhworst customer service ever. An not to mention there ?Always under staffed? I wonder why I?ll stick to Dominos before I everorder from this location agian. Read more
