I'm amazed that this place was recommended a a good restaurant. The bar upstairs had no waiters. The food downstairs, one poor... waitress to do everything. Everything brought at the same time. Tiny little saucers for plates and soggy spaghetti. Thechicken was and so we're the other many plates we ordered. But they have to get their service together. She tried so hard totake care of the 5 of us. Pretty sad service. Read more

I usually don’t give bad reviews but this place holds a special place in my heart. Nice restaurant and the food was good but... the customer service was the worst. The waiter spilt my girlfriends drink on her pants. My friends and I were also waiting forso long for our food and it wasn’t even that busy. I was waiting for one appetizer for AN HOUR. If I was going to get takeout, I’d order from here but I would never want to come back in person Read more
The salmon bagel, grilled chicken and avocado salad, COFFEE CAKE, avocado toast, Margherita pizza, and cappuccino are DELISH!!!... The service is excellent. I ate at Jane Q's each day of my stay and LOVED IT!!! I never knew what to order because I wanted itall. Read more
I love this place. I miss the french toast though :( Edit: they brought back a version of the french toast they used to have.... But it's not the same. I liked the previous version better. Still worth trying for anyone who likes french toast. I give it a 3out of 5. I've also tried the cinnamon toast waffles. I give those a 3.5 out of 5. Pretty good from what I remember. Visited this place twice on one Sunday for Brunch and then Dinner. So Brunch was amazing, I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch... waffle and tried the chilaquiles from a friend. Both were great and they even offered a military discount. As for dinner, itdidn’t go so well. We had to pay upfront and I had forgotten to even give a tip. They said there was no military discounteither. Once we got our food, I had the veggie lasagna and it was good. I tried the lobster spaghetti. The lobster wasrubbery and cold and so were the tomatoes. Also the plate says fennel but I didn’t taste any (I actually don’t likefennel). Overall this place is great but needs to be more consistent in their food quality and service. I will be back to givethem another try. Read more
Food quality was ok but the service was really bad. Poor people working there had to deal with many clients, waiting time was... very long as there were not enough people in the service. There was no flexibility outside of the menu. When we tried to ordereggs for our little one after breakfast time, we were told that no breakfast items are served anymore and all eggs are alreadystored away. Menu card changed during our stay and selection got smaller. Not very impressive, especially since prices are in ahigher category. Read more
