As usual delicious ice cream
The ice cream is good, and the staff are friendly. Just make sure you read the sign saying each additional topping is $1! This... is my reason for the 3 stars... Your ridiculous pricing for ice cream!! For a regular size plus a few toppings you're alreadyover $10 and this only includes the cup, no cone - that's an extra $1.49-3.49! Just doesn't seem worth it to me. Oh...and sinceyour prices are so ridiculous, you could at the very least validate parking!!! Read more
Good service. Overall it is similar to other cold stones. One key thing to note is that they will not validate your parking. So... if you plan to go here to get ice cream and validate then be careful. Read more
I love the Coldstone in Torrance & the one in Culver City. We went to this one a few times, because we were in Hollywood & we... were hoping that it was a one time questionable experience. But the ice cream is consistently not the high quality that we areused to from the other locations. To frozen, not fresh, they are stingy with their toppings & have a don't bother me - I amdoing you a favor that I am serving you attitude. Mediocre doesn't even begin to describe the experience. Another great location for devilishly delightful Ice Cream. Handcrafted waffle cones, design your own and 10 flavors to choose... from. Counter service with seating on the deck, wheelchair accessible via elevators. Read more
