I ordered online with curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called the store as instructed. No one answered so I attempted three... times. Went to Voice Mail. I went into the store and was greeted by a rude employee. I looked through my order and I wasmissing utensils, Parmesan and red pepper flakes. I asked for them and received another rude response. When I got home I openedthe pizza and all three were burnt. Totally disappointed. Never eating here again. Read more

Worst timing and worst customer service! They are literally slow and when the lady asked if I wanted a drizzle of ranch I said... yes and decided to just not give me any and gets mad when I come back and ask for some and then my pizza comes back burnt andthey also decided hey let me do online orders first and takes 30 mins and I was on my lunch break so I had to go back to workhungry with no food to be honest the younger employees are way more nicer and better at their job just the worst! This was our first and last time eating here. The pizza is good, they prepare and bake it fresh for you. They have many... ingredients to choose from. The place is clean even bathrooms are clean. I'm only giving 2 stars because the girls (in theirlate teens) where giving us an attitude when we came in to order. The girl pictured was the one with the most attitude. Othergirls and lady ( not pictured) would just stare like if they didn't want us there, or hated that we came in to eat there. Weonly stayed because our family was already hungry and we didn't want to waste time walking to another pizzeria. Also they don'thave plates or utensils, but that wasn't a problem for us. To the owner please educate your employees in good customer service,other than that your place is clean and the food is good. Read more
This location offers a nice typical Blaze Pizza experience with an ambiance that's better than some of the other locations. The... location was well-designed with high ceilings, a spacious dining area, and nice restroom area. Service was pleasant when I atehere on a weekday evening. All the pizza toppings I wanted were available. I also noted that the dessert brownies and cookieswere available, some other locations run out of them in the evening. Three small complaints with my visit: - Several tableswere left dirty with crumbs, small pieces of food, etc despite not many customers - Pizza was sliced unevenly (by a lot) . -Sauce on the side were given to me only half full. I asked for BBQ and ranch, seemed like they barely put anything in thecontainer. I usually eat Blaze Pizza about once a month.. Came in to order pizza in person with a person with a nasty attitude. They told me they weren?t taking walk ins. I asked why and... she very rudely told me they were running low on dough and had to prioritize online orders.
