I just came back from Arby?s at this location and I ordered a prime rib sandwich meal with a classic roast beef sandwich. I... opened the second item to see it has cheese all over it as if they gave me the beef and cheddar sandwich. My receipt showsclassic roast beef sandwich on it. How could they make this glaring mistake? My roommate has gone as well to this same locationand multiple times they?ve gotten his complete order wrong (some items correct, some not). This is not to say that the staff isnot friendly or that the food is not tasty, but getting my order wrong is frustrating especially with increasing fast foodprices. I am lactose interlorant so I don?t like to eat too many items with cheese on it hence why I ordered an item withoutcheese on it. I wish they would have let me order from the window on foot. They close at 9 and drive through at 10. I never make it on time... after work. And I will get a generic response like," We are sorry to hear this. Please feel free to share more details with ourteam" You see that's a copy and paste response. Excellent customer service, very clean from top to bottom: including the light fixtures, the restrooms, the patio, the dining... area. The food was also very good! Freshly made: the curly fries were fresh and hot. The sandwich was excellent including the Aujus. ???? Read more
Order taker dose not understand English I had to reorder 5 times to get the order right and then I was charge not for a 2 for... $6. But at regular price for my sandwich. And recharge for my drink. Because he dose not understand nor can take orders. And wascharge $3.79 for a small drink on board price $2.25. over charge. I would look out as you order. And ask. To repeat order. Lasttime. I'd give it 5 stars, except for the last selection I made. It was the turkey slider and it just didn't meet my expectations.... I've had the fresh turkey sandwich and it was better than I expected it would be. I normally get the original Arby or the Frenchdip. They are both delicious. First time here and got a very positive experience. Super friendly staff, good sandwiches and desserts. We tried the French dip... sandwich with cheddar, roast beef sandwich, and a Greek gyros. Fist two ones are good (bread is boring) and the gyros have theflavors but could have been cooked longer. But over all a nice place for a nice roast beef sandwich. Even though it was crowded I still got my food fast and it was delicious. I do wish they would staff enough to have more than... one person taking orders because it was really busy. The drive thru is also odd because you can only get to it from one side ofthe parking lot. But the food never disappoints. Read more
