How hard is it for y'all to put a sauce in a bag? Not only did you not give me a receipt with my order, but this isn't the first... time you've completely forgotten the sauce. Your drive through was EMPTY, nobody was inside or parked, but our food looks likegarbage, and of course you forgot the sauce... again. I want a copy of my receipt. You didn't give me one or put one in my bag.My credit card shows me exactly the amount and what time it was charged, so I know you will be able to give me my receipt.What's crazy is when I was younger, I used to hate this restaurant, and now that I actually like it and sometimes take my childto go out there and eat, every single time they mess up my order. Fuquay or Holly springs location. Holly springs is obviouslythe worst of the 2. But at this point I'm out about $20 worth of tounge torch because I keep getting charged for the extra sauceI ask for but never get it. Can I sue? This location used to be great. I went to place a mobile order but the store disabled curb side and drive thru pick up. So I... chose in store pick up. The app quoted a wait time of 66 minutes. So I went in and placed my order. The manager was working theregister and seemed to be drowning. Orders sitting in the window and people standing around waiting. There were only about 6customers in the store and 2 cars in the drive thru. I placed my order, went to get my drink and the carbonation was completelyout. There were only large cup lids, zero napkins, trash all over the drink area and in the floor and a sticky coating oneverything. Doesnt seem like it?s been cleaned in weeks. Got my food, took it home. The Texas toast was raw on one side andtasted stale and sour. Half my fries are hard and burnt. Please give this place the attention it needs. Do not go here. Cold fries. Cold chicken. Stale bread. Yellow sprite (I do not even want to speculate what made Sprite yellow.... Ordered a six finger plate with large fries. This is what I got for $15.00. Message received. Read more
Use to love this Zaxby?s but my last two trips have been horrible. Tried to use a survey coupon for my order and whoever was... working the window kept asking questions about the survey and kept saying I didn?t do it right even after me saying I putsatisfactory for everything. Then today the lady at the window kept saying my sauce was in the bag after I looked and told herit wasn?t. This location is going downhill fast. They are now charging for sauce, holding the ketchup hostage and the QR code for their... app never works because the receipt is always faded and impossible to read. The employees up front never look interested indoing their jobs. Instead they have decided that messing around and talking amongst themselves is a better use of their time. I never received a thank you. The quality of the food has declined significantly along with the portion sizes. It also takes along time for the food to come out, even though they are not very busy. In fact I was able to think about and write this reviewbefore receiving my order. I won't be coming back again. Too bad as I used to like this place. Wish there was a Raising Canesaround here.
