Doors locked at 5:45 today. No sign and it appears the drive through is open (which I can't use). Hours listed open until 11pm... including dine in. I suppose that's a lie? What kind of place locks their doors before 6pm??? Read more

DO BETTER. Would give zero stars if I could. As someone stated THREE months ago, they are still randomly locking the doors and... forcing people through the drive-thru. If it is lack of staff, I could completely understand that. However, they need to beconsiderate and at least post a note on the door. They also need to turn off in-store pickup on the app. My wife ordered aheadto pickup inside for faster service during Monday lunch. She tried every door and they were all locked. It took forever for anyemployee to even look in the direction of the knocks. Once they did, they did not acknowledge at all?just went on about theirbusiness. How do these people think they deserve a dime over minimum wage? The lady taking orders at the drive through acted as if she was... doing me a favor and couldn?t be more rude, no matter how polite I was being. And that?s after sitting in the drive through foralmost 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. This place is slow af and the workers that I dealt with were horrible. I knowit?s fast food and my expectations were realistic. I didn?t expect world class service, but geez. I don?t eat fast food often,but I was in a pinch. I can?t believe what they charge for this ?food?. Not even a simple ?you?re welcome? after saying thankyou, and then I was ordered to pull around. I guess that?s just what it is these days, but I will never support paying thesepeople more than minimum wage until they act like they deserve it. That?s my rant. Read more
By far the best Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. Ordered drive-thru 15 minutes before they closed and you would have thought it was... the middle of the day. Friendliest and most cheerful staff I have ever experienced. Food was great! I?ve never wished to havecash to tip more in my life. Thank you for such amazing service this late at night. Read more
has the doors locked during the day during random times. placed an online order for CARRYOUT and couldn?t get in. had to waste... half of my break waiting on the drive through when my food should have already been ready. this has happened multiple time withno way to get refunded online. Never returning to this location again. Placed multiple online orders to pick up in store only to arrive with the doors locked... (despite arriving within posted open hours) and a dozen cars wrapped around the building. Impossible to get a refund througheither the app or customer care line. If you can?t pickup an order in store, I don?t know why it?s an option to do so on mobile. Read more
