I usually just put up with their run of the mill poke bowls, but this may be the last straw....our last two bowls had... undercooked rice and quinoa, the cilantro was literally pulled from the bunch and not minced, and the sauce and fish were off.Maybe their fruit bowls and shakes are better? Those seem fine judging from the kids who like it, but jeeez do avoid their"poke" bowls from now on. Id rather travel 20 minutes to lemon shark poke for your typical american poke bowl than to drive 5minutes here. We wasted 30 dollars, my wife couldnt eat hers and I just put up with mine cause I was starving. Couldn't get arefund through caviar or them. Probably wont be back to SB unless they take poke seriously. Read more
This is the best bowl i?ve ever had! I highly recommend the Cocosweet bowl. It is delicious. Sweetberry has a great interior... design and they are super kind to customers. I love this place and food is delicious. The only problem that I have is seating. Dining in is not an option anymore. They do... have seating outside but it?s 90 degrees and no umbrellas. The heat and no shade causes the frozen yogurt to melt and makes thebowl soup. My sister requested them to put umbrellas out but the employee didn?t seem to care. I believe I will find a similarplace to eat that will allow us to eat inside or a place that provides shade. Read more

I have been to this place once months back and loved the whole vibe about the place.. The acai bowls were amazing and my kid... loved the smoothie..! Today I was craving some light yumm bowls and I ordered at home via doordash.. The delivery was superfast..!!! ???? And I ordered oatmeal bowl which was so fresh and still warm..!!! The wrap was perfectly loaded..! The smoothiewas so yumm and packed in a way that it did not spill...!!! I am def going to order regularly now. HORRIBLE QUALITY. Ordered a tuna poke bowl and Buffalo chicken wrap from Uber eats tonight. The quality of the food itself was... absolutely horrible. The rice was CEMENT. It tasted like it was sitting there for days. The toppings were not good qualityeither! The Buffalo chicken wrap was basically all carrots and sauce and bad quality ingredients. Oh my god! My boyfriend and Ihave never had such a bad poke bowl and Buffalo chicken wrap. If we got refunded or provided with another bowl and wrap to seeif maybe it was just a really bad night or really bad shift I would take this review down, but if that is how the general day today quality is. YIKES. Please don?t think this is how poke bowls should be, they?re amazing IF done right with qualityingredients. The rice literally was flavorless cement and stuck to the bowl, I COULDNT EVEN GET MY SPOON IN IT! I will never be ordering from here EVER AGAIN!!! I couldn?t wait to receive my poke bowl that my dad bought for me.. until I... realized once I took a bite it was so HARD my tooth LITERALLY CHIPPED!!
