This will be the third time I have tried this location and the experience is subpar. The staff speaks in spanish making it very... uncomfortable feeling for those that do not. This last time I asked one employee if they take coupons and was told yes. Once Ichecked out the manager told me they don't. I tried to dispute and ask them to honor and she wouldn't. She said the employee isnew and she didn't know they didn't take coupons. Its not a huge deal but more the point of not honoring what the employee said.I will be going to a different location moving forward saving myself the frustration and feeling uncomfortable. I went to get a sub here last Saturday the 22.nd at 5PM. The store was closed!! I will never patronize this store again.

Total disregard for customers,ignores drive thru consistently and doesn't even have the courtesy to say (please wait, we're... short handed, etc...just ignores the customer and hopes you go away!! Read more

After a long absence from this location we gave it a go. Nice app to order online. Easy to customize ingredients and the... amounts of each (less reg more)! Our sub was made perfectly per our specs on fresh multigrain bread. Ready on time. Friendlyemployee. Oatmeal raisin cookie exceeded expectations, you could smell and taste the spices! Will return. They don't honor coupons, their bread is stale like it's been made days ago, and they skimp out ingredients. Do yourself a favor... and go to the walmart location. The lady there is very nice, and accepts promotions. The owner here clearly doesnt care aboutthe product or service being presented. It's a subway, people aren't looking for a gourmet meal. Food was good but: we order and drive up to pay and THEN they tell us they don't take coupons - yes the ones that Subway took... the time/cost to mail to us this week to increase their sales. I would have just driven off but wife wouldn't let me. Nevergoing back here again and it impacts my Subway view overall. As a big brand they need consistency and that includes theircoupon policy. It's not like we're in a resort area. Plus they're regularly out of something. Impression made. Read more

this chain has probably outlived its usefullness - others do it SO much beter.... needs to go away. and especially this store.... its the worst of the worst. NO value for your money. all others are now a better deal. Used to be, they had a decent sandwichfor a low price. it was fair. not the best, but hey. we get it. NOW?? the prices are high, the portions are tiny. all of theother sandwch chains are a better money/food ratio. I guess this is why the chain is dying. the regular cheesesteaks are nownearly 9 dollars, and yes, they are still not great, and a small amount of meat. today I tried the sliders, and let me tell you, it tasted like meat flavored bread. over 2 dollars should get you more than .5 ounces of meat. notice the bread istouching.
