Update 6/20/22 I decided to give it another shot. The wings this time came in a box with ventilation. I am happy to report that... my dry rubbed Chili wings were nice and crispy. I could tell this time they were deep fried. I had no other quality issues withthe wings. The only problem I had was one of taste. The other flavor I got was the garlic Parm sauce. I thought these would bea dry rub but instead were a wet style with what tasted like Alfredo on them. Not to my taste. Original review: My wingsarrived in a air tight paper box that allowed the wings to steam the entire 5 mile ride to my house. The wings at that point hadthe consistency of air fried wings which made me doubt they were fried at all. My second big problem was that I received 8drums and 2 flats. This wouldn't have been a big deal but the flats were buried at the bottom and had obviously been sittingaround a while or refired as they were very tough and dry. The only reason I gave two stars was the quality and size of thewings is what you would expect from a place dedicated to wings. They were large, not frozen and actually pretty juicy once youget past the awful texture on the outside. Fix your delivery boxes and up your Quality Control and you will get more repeatcustomers.
