I came this evening to redeem the veterans day combo card, but the cashier tried telling me it was supposed to be have been used... on veterans day. However, the card clearly said it expires on the 30th, and when I pointed that out they still tried to tell meno. They asked a coworker standing by and they helped me right away, and a manager approved it. My food came relatively quickenough. One detail was missed in the order but I attribute it to the confusing interaction. Moving forward I would recommendclarity on promotions, and how long they are good. I shouldn't have to argue with staff to redeem a card that isn't expired, andstaff shouldn't be penalized for not knowing better. Read more

Honestly the food is good and the custards are great, but this has to get a point off for just almost consistently getting our... custard order wrong. They aren't complicated orders either, it's the presets that they have on there. I ordered a concrete withkey lime pie blended in. I got vanilla, you missed the entire point of the order. Other times I got the brownie one and theyjust didn't have any brownies in there. Got two combo meals with concretes. The concretes were excellent and the service in the drive through was prompt. Wasnt the... biggest fan of how squished the burgers were because they got a lot of gristle on the edges. Primarily took a star off for theprice. $28 for two people to get fast food. I've eaten at this location before. Never had a complaint, but did question the quality of the food. I was surprised to see one... here. I've patronized them back in illinois. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger in the photo. What I received, was a adouble bacon pancake; with flat burnt edges. I peeled the burnt edges off.
