I wish I looked at the reviews before coming here. The bathrooms were so gross and there wasn?t any toilet paper. The staff... expected you to use the refillable soap that was on the floor to clean your hands. I told them that is so gross, and they needto refill the soap. They just said the soap dispenser is broken. Threw my coffee away because I couldn?t imagine drinking coffeewith the way the cleanliness of the bathroom was. Don?t go here. Read more
waited in line for over 30 min. my bagel was burnt and i mean BURNT. I do appreciate they made me a new one though. And gave my... sister a hot chocolate not a hot latte. I understand being short staffed I work in a restaurant. but this was awful. Read more
This location is HORRIBLE as I sit in the drive thru line for already 20 minutes! Every time I come here it?s the same... situation. They are never staffed well and barely know how to make an iced coffee! Worst location I?ve ever been to, deserves azero rating! Read more
This is THE WORST Dunkin on the entire east coast. 1) it's always at least a 20 minute wait; 2) the inside is rarely open so... forced to go through drive-thru (which adds an additional 20 minute wait on top of the other 20 minutes in #1; 3) they usuallyget the order wrong. Just stop giving this place any business with the hope that it shuts down from lack of revenue. This is theonly way to make change...hit their bottom line. Read more
