Multiple experiences with this dominos is prompting me to write this review. First, they never cut the pizza. It?s barely cut... and the pieces don?t come apart, we always have to get out our pizza cutter. Second, the pizza was just very low quality today.Way more crust than area with toppings on it, practically just eating bread. Dominoes in Holly Springs really disappointed me. How they advertised for carside delivery and have signs for people's to park... but don't bring out your food. I didn't care about the timer to get a free pizza. I just didn't want to get out my car fromhaving a car full of kids to get my own food. Plus they was fully staffed so my food could have been brought out. Especiallysince they stopped the timer at about 1 minute after the food came out the oven. But yet I had to wait almost 5 minutes before Idecided to get out my car and go inside and pick up the food. Which they had just sitting on the side. Read more
The last 2 times we?ve ordered, our order was messed us. The frustrating thing was it was correct on the receipt, but we were... given wrong items. It doesn?t take much to double check before bringing food out to a car. I don?t care about the 2 minutepromise. Get the orders correct! Read more

My complaint is not specific to this store but I have had similar experiences at Fuquay, Angier and Holly Springs - North... Carolina locations so going to comment same review at all 3 places expecting this reaches to someone governing all 3 locations.I regularly order Handmade Pan pizza as much as of frequency of every 2 weeks since last 5 years at least and have been lovingthis style of pizza . However, Very recently at your location I had found the dough looks and taste uncooked for handmade panpizza (FYI I didn?t try any other) and even after I choose ?well done? the pizza still tastes and looks quite raw. If there hasbeen a change in the quality of dough supplied earlier and now that makes it difference in cooking and ultimately to taste thenI feel this needs to be corrected from up above. Anyway I appreciate if any responsive steps could be taken to retain customerlike me in that case respond to this comment and I would like to try one more time before saying no ?forever? to dominos.
