I tried to place an order just now and the cashier was very rude. I wanted to place an order for 5 combos. After each combo she... complained. Before I could order the 3rd combo, she said "Holy Hell!" I just cancelled my order after that. That was very rudeand unnecessary, especially when it is a part of the job description. I do not place to return to this store and I will lettingmy friends and family know about the poor service with also seemed to be racially motivated. Read more
Stopped with a group. Cashier wasn't able to handle the group and the manager came to the front (to correct an incorrect charge)... but he did nothing to help. The cook line was good. Read more
One of the worst experiences at any restaurant. The woman taking orders LOOKED mad before she even spoke. When she did speak it... was worse. Had an awful attitude. Was extremely rude to the woman that ordered before us. She was shaking her head and makingfaces in disgust as the woman was ordering. The lady asked why she was doing it and your worker replied "because you're all overthe place!" Started to get rude with us and we just left. Read more
The service was ok. We stood at the counter for nearly 5 min before the young lady took our order. She was trying to help get... orders out instead of working the front, taking orders & there was no need for it. They were out of some of their drinks. Thefood was ok but nothing to right home about. I love Wendy's but was a lil disappointed with this one, but you know now days itseems like more & more, customer service is getting to be a thing of the past! I'd still recommend this Wendy's but I've had waybetter experiences with other locations. Read more
10 of my family members and I came in today, we are traveling from Alabama to Kansas and thought some Wendy?s sounded good. As... soon as we walked in the employees got up from the tables they were eating at and immediately started complaining because therewere so many of us. Every single table and counter were dirty, the floors were dirty and sticky, the trash cans overflowing, andno napkins were stocked. We waited quite awhile for our food, understandable because their were so many of us. We were the onlyones in the store and no one was in the drive thru so we assumed food would?ve been fresh. We assumed wrong. Food was cold, bunswere terribly hard, missing food, burgers were made wrong, and food was coming out all at different times. Nothing was hotbesides the two last fries they were making fresh. We asked for a manager and she acted like she didn?t care, got a refund andleft. Read more
Have forever and always loved eating lunch at Wendy?s. The chili is great and the baked potato is delicious. A nice, easy spot... for a quick tasty lunch. Lots of variety here. Read more
