Literally my worst Subway experience ever. The owner, Cindy, came into the main area yelling and being very rude to customers.... Workers are not properly trained, and claimed they were unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, and when were told a way toaccommodate, they refused. The owner claimed that the PRE COOKED bacon isn't fully cooked- I want to give it a zero, but that'snot possible, so I give you, a one. Read more
The Young lady behind the counter was texting on her cell phone when I arrived. I asked very nicely if she would wash her hands... and change gloves before she made my sandwich. She rolled her eyes and looked upset that I asked her to do this. She didn?t washher hands. But I left with out being served because by this time I lost my appetite for Subway. Highly recommend training your employees to turn off the ?Open? sign when you close for the night. It is a bit confusing for... people who are not from around there. Read more
