Ordered two drinks and a large cheese stick waited 30 minutes ended up only getting one drink that was supposed to be sweet tea... but was actually unsweetened tea with no straw when i was finally able to get someone back on the speaker she acted as if itwere an inconvenience that they me bring a straw also asked about my other drink the lady said whoever rung us up didn?t ring itup. very rude and everyone had an attitude and gave the most awful face at you they could give Read more
I didn't receive what I ordered. When I called and talked to the manager, I was told that the food item had been discontinued... for 4 years. Then she said that they informed me about the menu change. That's not true. She kept talking over me and cutting myconversation short. The food and service were horrible. Read more
The one in Holly springs is good. The one. In baldwyn can't dress a burger correctly if you take off or add something to it
Wasn't fit to to. I took 2 bites of my fry's & burger and handed to the lady who brought me salt and told her to throw it away.... Didn't bother getting my $9 back. Horrible customer service! No one should have to wait 30 minutes for a slush and when requiring about it, attitude is given... saying you could just leave. Get out of customer service if you don?t know how to talk to people or don?t like your job. Read more
Placed an order at at 930 pm. At 955 I walked up to ask if they were going to bring it out, they said they had shut down all of... their systems. If your closing time is 10 pm why do you shut w off at 930? The manager was completely unhelpful. The most shecould manage was ?I?m sorry ? but made no effort to correct the issue. Read more
All of the people that work here are extremely rude and seem like they don?t want to be here. I ordered a coffee and all she did... was hand it to me and said nothing. I said thank you and she just walked off without acknowledging me at all. I pushed thebutton because I had nothing to stir the sugar and creamer in with and they argued with me over a straw all because the coffeedoesn?t come with one. I would highly recommend not wasting your time here. Update: I received a straw by her throwing it in mycar. Sonic you need to get it together.
