The young man on the phone was sweet but I ordered online for delivery and I got a call that the website shouldn't have let me... order because their delivery guy wouldnt be there until 4 and my lunch break would have been over by then so I had to cancel myorder and the refund will take 72-112 hours the young man informed me I could pickup but I do not have my vehicle at work todaydue to it being repaired. I think the website needs to allow associates to say when delivery is and is not available so that nomoney or time is wasted waiting for your food. It didn't seem to be an employee error but more a system error. Do betterDominoes because your employees are having to correct your mistakes and deal with dissatisfied customers due to there not beinga way to make delivery temporarily unavailable through the website. Lol, crazy kids. They were so dang busy and just working through it. I remember the days. Pizzaing after you run out of dough is... tough, and they sacrificed carside delivery for it. I don't mind, this hard-working team deserves praise. Read more
Order online for delivery but they refuse to deliver because we are in truck. Disappointed truckers delivers stuff all over but... store not even ready to deliver one time food to truckers. Read more
Ordered online, app said ready. Drove to store, told system was down for a while. They have half my order. Told to wait. People... keep driving up and leaving. Been a long wait but I already paid. Stuck, will have one cold pizza one hot if they ever get it tome.45 minutes since making order. Read more
I was told my food was ready at 7:30. It?s now 7:59 and I?m STILL WAITING!!! It?s literally 9 people working, 4 of which are... just sitting around. The WORST experience EVER!!! They have all of these young immature people working here and no one actuallytrying to put forth effort. Would NOT recommend!!!! Read more
The good: The pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. Employees were nice and friendly. They had my pizza prepared very... quickly. The bad: The inside is not open. They only have drive-thru. I didn?t even know dominos had a drive-thru. They didn?ttell me this when I called, and they don?t have any signs about drive-thru. They just keep the front door locked and come andtell you when you try to come inside, even tho you?re only about 5 steps from the cash register. Overall a good experience. Iwould go back. The lady that waited on me was very nice. But they definitely need to get some more help. They didn?t have anydelivery drivers, and I only saw 2 people inside. I was a little thrown off by the drive-thru thing, but overall a goodexperience. Read more
People in this horrible town do not want to work. They're beyond rude. Sign says open. Google says open till 11pm. Tried to... place a order at 9pm and the lazy lady said she won't be taking orders. I could see her through the window doing nothing andjust playing with her fingers. Clearly not doing anything. There were no other customers. Read more
